Women Moving the Edge

In 2006 I got an email from a friend that invited me to a gathering she was co-hosting in Belgium called Women Moving the Edge. “I have no idea what that is” I thought “but that is so cool and I know I am moving something, so I am going!”
In February 2007 I attended the very first gathering of women exploring and moving the edges of consciousness, leadership and the role of women in these days of great transition. These gatherings over the years have meant the world to me.
Each one builds on the next, creating a collective field that is supportive of leadership at individual and collective levels. They are now held in the Boston area, in London as well as Belgium. The next one is being held in the Netherlands from Friday January 29 15.00 hrs – Monday February 1, 2010 after lunch.
These gatherings of 10 – 20 women are profound. I just came from one here in Boston and I am still learning from the many deep and insightful lessons that emerged for me personally and for the collective – of which we are a part. We always gather around a question. This past weekend it was:
How do we embody the collective feminine to transform the wounds of the past in service of the future potential?
And in what ways will we apply the collective feminine in service to ourselves, our communities and the Earth?
The process for these gatherings is fluid and is built on successive gatherings. So the question is not yet formed for the Netherlands group, but the beginning invitation has gone out. I share it with you here. I highly recommend you look more deeply into this if this interests you. Like I did years ago, you will know if you are called to be there.
We notice that the voice of the feminine is rising everywhere. Maybe she is calling you too? To know more about where we are coming from and where are heading go to our the Women Moving the Edge website.
The gathering in the Netherlands will take place in Venwoude, both a spiritual community and a seminar center, with lots of attention to body and soul (including a hot tub!).
Let me know if you have any more questions… I will be happy to keep you informed as the calling questions and costs become known….
