2009 – Co-creation team  Inner Climate Learning Villages – Global Conversations and gatherings around climate change occurring simultaneously with the United Nations’ Copenhagen Climate Change Summit.

2007 – present     Women Moving the Edge. Brussels, Belgium and the USA. Participated in and co-hosted intimate conferences for
 professional women exploring major world issues through the lens of Theory U, Spiral Dynamics, expressive arts and collective feminine wisdom.

August 2008    AIESEC International Conference, Sau Paulo, Brazil
Co-designed and delivered open space technology to 800 intergenerational leaders from 106 countries with Art of Hosting team.

       Speaker – multicultural approaches to the future of leadership and inner peace.

March 2008   AIESEC Believe Conference, Brussels, Belgium  
Co-created conference and delivered speech and coaching for young international leaders inspiring them to apply multidimensional and expanded heart-centered perspectives to their personal and professional lives.

May 2007    Celebrate the Earth Conference, Sedona, AZ
Designed and delivered three day gathering for international audience. The conference presented expanded perspectives on our interconnection with Earth and offered experiences of multiple ways of knowing, including World Cafe, to allow action steps towards reducing global warming to emerge.
